Welcome to Paxi, a ride-hailing platform operating in the United States. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Paxi’s services as a driver. By registering and using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using Paxi as a driver, you confirm that:

  • Use the platform for illegal activities

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

6. Independent Contractor Status

  • Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Paxi

  • Drivers are responsible for:

    • Taxes

    • Fuel and maintenance

    • Insurance and expenses

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Paxi may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You fail background checks

  • You receive repeated complaints

  • Fraudulent or unsafe behavior is detected

8. Safety & Liability

  • Drivers are responsible for passenger safety during rides

  • Paxi is a technology platform, not a transportation provider

  • Accidents or damages during trips

  • Driver negligence

  • Third-party actions

9. Insurance

  • Drivers must maintain valid vehicle insurance as required by law

  • Proof of insurance must be provided and kept updated

10. Intellectual Property

All rights related to Paxi (app, branding, software) remain the property of Paxi. Drivers may not copy or misuse any part of the platform.

11. Modifications to Terms
